UX/UI Designer Senior o Product Designer Senior (Incorporación Inmediata)

The role involves managing client relationships, conducting UX research, and facilitating workshops to define information architecture and user flows. Additionally, the designer will create visual UI proposals and maintain design systems across multiple devices.
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct UX research, including interviews, workshops, and co-creation sessions
- Analyze heuristics, content, and benchmarking
- Define information architecture and flows for the new portal
- Design visual proposals consistent with the brand's look and feel
Requirements
- English level: B2-C1
- Experience with Figma (Design, FigJam, Slides, Sites...)
- Knowledge and certifications related to accessibility
- Mindset driven by artificial intelligence
- Knowledge of code to ensure the viability of proposed designs
