- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Identify new product improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with design team members
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Work in an agile environment
- Collaborate in developing a robust Design System
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Solid visual design foundation
- Understanding of design principles
- Demonstrated experience with making delightful experiences for users
- Ability to articulate and defend design choices
- Passion for learning and improving
- Curiosity and creativity to test new ideas
- First-principle thinker
- Ability to phase design projects
- Analytical design thinking and healthy reasoning skills
- Good understanding of the product life cycle and design trade-offs
- Go-getter attitude
- Good knowledge of the Figma design system
- Critical problem-solving skills with creative design-thinking capabilities
