You will be responsible for the end-to-end product experience, from initial user research and discovery to interface design and post-launch iteration. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions while leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and discovery to frame real problems before designing
- Transform vague needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable problems
- Explore possible solutions and converge quickly on the most impactful ones
- Design clear and fluid pathways, reducing friction at each step
- Produce well-designed, consistent, and accessible interfaces
- Create interactive prototypes to test, align stakeholders, and validate decisions quickly
- Evolve and maintain a consistent design system
- Ensure high standards (accessibility, consistency, detail) in each delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design/UX-UI
- Portfolio demonstrating delivered products and their impact
- Technical skills: excellence in UX and UI, attention to detail, and taste for well-designed and accessible interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with design systems
- Autonomous and hands-on mindset
- Ability to work with stakeholders and communicate effectively in English and French
