Graphic Designer (Packaging) – FMCG

The Graphic Designer will create diverse marketing materials, packaging designs, and visual concepts while ensuring brand consistency across all outputs. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage digital assets and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including POSM, posters, banners, standees, brochures, catalogs, leaflets, and other promotional assets
- Create visual concepts for showroom displays, signage, seasonal decorations, and merchandising materials
- Collaborate with the Marketing and R&D teams to develop innovative packaging designs and product labels
- Ensure all creative outputs comply with the company's Brand Guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Produce basic photo editing, video editing, and multimedia content to support marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is an advantage
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
