The Design & Engineering Standards Lead will own and evolve regional design, engineering, and construction standards for new-build data centers. They will act as a subject matter expert to ensure technical consistency, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across the EMEA portfolio.

- The Design & Engineering Standards Lead will own and evolve regional design, engineering, and construction standards for new-build data centers. They will act as a subject matter expert to ensure technical consistency, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across the EMEA portfolio.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in data center design with a strong technical background in CSA and MEPH disciplines. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
