Responsible for the total UI/UX design of banking apps and web services for general and corporate users. This includes creating concepts, UX flows, and conducting user research to drive new feature development and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Total UX/UI design for banking apps and web services
- Concept creation for user personas and journey maps
- UX flow and UI design creation based on concepts
- Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using surveys and interviews
- Number analysis tool-based issue discovery and UI/UX improvement proposal
- Design system operation and workshop hosting
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Figma or Adobe design experience
- Product release and effect measurement experience
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English
