Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of experience in end-to-end digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and systems thinking. Proficiency in Figma and modern AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor is expected, with a preference for fintech or growth funnel experience.
