Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery to delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and user focus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, influence roadmaps, and measure design impact on business and user experience metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, maintaining high standards of speed, quality, and user focus
- Design and execute research using multiple techniques, generating actionable insights
- Create high-fidelity flows, prototypes, and visuals aligned with design systems and style guides
- Define and track the design's contribution to the business and user experience
- Articulate the product vision with the strategy, influence the roadmap, and collaborate with development and data teams
- Mentor junior designers and be an active reference in the design community
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Proficiency in UX/UI design and Figma
- Experience in design research and application
- Ability to design digital products for multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of design systems and guides
- Excellent soft skills: communication, stakeholder management, energy, and proactivity
