Product Designer, UX/UI (Part-Time)

Design end-to-end AI-native workflows that transform complex business context into clear, usable product experiences. This includes mapping user journeys, building design systems, and collaborating with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Map and design the journeys from messy context and questions through analysis, artifacts, decisions, and next actions
• Make complex inputs, system behavior, evidence, assumptions, and outputs understandable without flattening the rigor
• Turn uncertain ideas into prototypes, test them with users or strong evidence, and show how the design changed
• Establish a coherent visual language, components, states, and interaction patterns that can scale with the product
• Work with engineers through build and review so the shipped experience matches the intent and handles real edge cases

Requirements

• A portfolio that shows real product work from problem framing through shipped interaction
• The ability to simplify dense workflows while preserving the information users need to trust the result
• Strength in interaction design, product UI, prototyping, and visual systems
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and caring about what reaches production
• Excitement about AI-native workflows and thinking beyond the default chat box
