Senior Product Designer
Aligned Remote (🇨🇦 Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada)
The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to delivery while acting as the primary design voice for their Squad. They will partner with clients and internal teams to build intuitive product experiences, maintain design systems, and ensure high-fidelity execution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary design voice for your Squad, partnering directly with clients to understand their users, business goals, and constraints
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery — research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and post-launch iteration
- Conduct or guide user research and usability testing to validate directions and uncover new opportunities
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries that hold up as products grow
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on product design experience
- Proven success taking products from concept through launch
- Strong command of Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience building and maintaining design systems/component libraries at scale
- Working knowledge of user research methods and comfort running or synthesizing usability testing
