Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-impact visual content, including social graphics, carousels, and market reports, to enhance the visual identity of Traded and TradedVC. They are expected to proactively analyze content performance to improve engagement and translate complex financial data into compelling visual stories.
Responsibilities
- Design daily social graphics, carousels, deal announcements, company profiles, investor spotlights, market reports, editorial content, and branded campaigns
- Continuously review Traded and TradedVC content to identify opportunities to improve creative quality, engagement, retention, and shareability
- Think proactively about how design can help content go more viral, rather than simply executing an existing template
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional social media, editorial, marketing, publication, or brand design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or comparable professional design tools
- Excellent command of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, color, and image selection
- Strong understanding of Instagram carousels, social graphics, presentations, and digital content
