Design the end-to-end user experience for complex Prime membership products, including strategy, tactical execution, and feature launches. Facilitate collaboration across global teams and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, design exploration, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design the CX/UX of multiple products or a single complex product
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, design exploration, and iteration
- Advocate and design for the customer using objective data
- Facilitate collaboration across a diverse set of global Prime business stakeholders
- Define and improve design best practices and help drive their adoption
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Online portfolio or samples of work
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs
