Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design efforts for complex B2B payment products, creating intuitive workflows and high-impact experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, maintain design systems, and integrate AI tools into the design process.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences, including journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Plan and conduct user research, including internal usability testing and external validation with partners and merchants
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across NMI's products
• Benchmark designs against competitors in the space and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B digital products and systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing process, breadth of work, and impact
• Familiarity with financial products, APIs, or transaction systems
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and great communication skills
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building and maintaining design systems
