- Lead high-impact research to optimize how businesses discover and purchase technology within the AWS Marketplace and Partner Services ecosystem. Translate complex customer evidence into product strategy and roadmap recommendations for multi-persona journeys and AI-powered experiences.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a human-factors related field and 7+ years of experience leading user research projects with demonstrated impact. Must have expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods and experience researching complex product areas or AI-powered interfaces.
