- Lead early-stage R&D projects from TRL 1 to TRL 3, focusing on the design and testing of prototypes for offshore and onshore installations. Manage the innovation process using iterative methods and stage-gate processes while communicating technical findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Requires a Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Design, or Aerospace Engineering with experience in early-stage research and prototype testing. Proficiency in 3D modelling and a strong interest in digital technologies like IoT and AI/ML are essential.
