- Lead the design management of a large-scale Higher-Risk Building remediation project from Gateway 2 through to completion. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all design elements satisfy the Building Safety Regulator and the project's safety case.
Requirements
- Requires proven experience in building safety or cladding remediation and direct experience navigating the Gateway 2 process. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and the golden thread of information.
