Convert AutoCAD architectural drawings into branded Adobe Illustrator files. Integrate these refined plans into professional marketing layouts using Adobe InDesign templates.
Responsibilities
- Receive architectural floor plans in AutoCAD format (DWG/DXF)
- Convert AutoCAD drawings into Adobe Illustrator files
- Clean, organize, and refine linework for a polished, professional appearance
- Apply the project's branding, including colors, styles, and visual guidelines
- Replace or adjust furniture, icons, and graphic elements when required
- Perform graphic enhancements to ensure a consistent, high-quality result
- Place the final floor plans into pre-designed Adobe InDesign templates
- Add measurements, apartment areas, floor location plans, apartment numbers, and other project information
- Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and ensure high attention to detail
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Experience working with architectural floor plans
- Ability to work with AutoCAD files (DWG/DXF)
- Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
