- Lead the design management process from tender to construction for major projects valued between $50M and $300M. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design solutions are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- Requires proven experience as a Design Manager with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders in the Australian construction industry. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required.
