- Manage and coordinate the MEP design process from planning application through to project completion for a large-scale data centre. This includes liaising with external consultants, preparing technical specifications, and ensuring buildability and safe working practices.
Requirements
- Requires over five years of experience as a design or technical manager with a main contractor or M&E consultancy. A degree in Architecture or MEP Engineering is required, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget.
