The Solution Design Manager acts as a central interface between sales, delivery, and customers to manage the end-to-end bid and tender process. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, coordinating supplier inputs, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of complex technical proposals.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the analysis, structuring, and detailing of customer requirements
- Evaluating customer requests and tenders from a technical perspective
- Creating high-quality proposals and tenders
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines and usability aspects
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in bid management, technical sales, or proposal writing
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
