Lead the design of AI-native business applications and define end-to-end UX strategy across complex multi-service journeys. Partner with product, engineering, and science teams to shape product direction and establish scalable interaction models for human-AI collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end UX strategy across complex product areas and multi-service journeys
- Lead the design of AI-native experiences, including proactive, context-aware AI teammates
- Apply system-level thinking to create cohesive experiences across products and touchpoints
- Leverage AI-accelerated workflows, rapid prototyping, and vibe coding to explore ideas and validate concepts
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and science to shape product strategy and roadmap
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end design for complex systems or cross-product experiences
- Strong track record of influencing product strategy and cross-functional decisions
- Expertise in interaction design
- Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools and rapid prototyping workflows
