The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI execution. They will partner with clients, product managers, and engineers to build intuitive, scalable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary design voice for the Squad
- Partner directly with clients to understand their users, business goals, and constraints
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery
- Conduct or guide user research and usability testing
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive product experiences
- Partner closely with product and engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible
- Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on product design experience
- Ownership of end-to-end design processes
- Proven success taking products from concept through launch
- Strong command of Figma and modern design tooling
- Fluency in prototyping
- Experience building and maintaining design systems/component libraries at scale
- Working knowledge of user research methods
- Comfort running or synthesizing usability testing
- Strong visual design sensibility paired with sound UX judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
