You will design end-to-end experiences for the D4L Collect platform, focusing on participant and researcher workflows including eCRF and ePRO. You will also conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and usability in a regulated clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the experience for D4L Collect's next chapter
  • Design the participant- and researcher-facing surfaces of the platform
  • Design for trust and compliance
  • Design new ways to collect and connect data
  • Make clinical standards usable
  • Be a voice of users on the team

Requirements

  • 2+ years building a strong design craft foundation
  • 2+ years of product, UX, or UX/UI design experience
  • Direct experience designing for clinical research software
  • Demonstrated attention to accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA at minimum)
  • Comfort designing within regulated contexts
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, cognitive science, psychology, communication design, or a related field
