You will design end-to-end user experiences for Forge applications, balancing tactical design execution with long-term design system development. This includes conducting on-site research on manufacturing floors and collaborating with stakeholders to shape product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to roadmap shaping and decision-making for product and design strategy
- Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation
- Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process
- Play an influential role in shaping the end-to-end experiences for critical manufacturing and onsite workflows
Requirements
- 6+ years of software design experience
- High attention to detail and mastery of visual & interaction design craft
- Online portfolio demonstrating multimodal experiences
- Ability to clearly articulate the why, process, and impact of your work
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
