The role involves designing end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile platforms. The designer will maintain the company's Design System and collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven UX improvements.
Responsibilities
- Progettazione End-to-End: designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Research, Testing & Data Informed Design: collaborating with the product team to define and validate solutions
- Design System & Governance: contributing to the creation, evolution, maintenance, and governance of the company's Design System
- Collaboration & Delivery: working closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation of design solutions
- Stakeholder Management: presenting, arguing, and supporting design choices to various stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI Designer, Digital Product Designer, or equivalent roles
- Ottima conoscenza of Figma and principales strumenti di prototipazione e design
- Solida conoscenza dei principi di User Experience, Interaction Design, and User Interface Design
- Esperienza pratica nell'utilizzo, aggiornamento e manutenzione di Design System strutturati
- Approccio orientato al data-informed design, con esperienza nell'uso di tecniche di validazione e test A/B
- Presenza obbligatoria of an updated portfolio with case studies and real projects
