(Senior) UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) - App Design / fluege.de

You will design and conceptualize user-centric native app experiences for iOS and Android, managing the process from initial wireframes to final UI. Additionally, you will conduct usability and A/B testing while maintaining the design system and collaborating closely with development and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Concept and design user-centered app experiences for fluege.de native apps
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and testing methods, and derive concrete design measures
- Develop and maintain the design system with a focus on native app components
- Ensure a smooth design handover, including platform-specific specification, annotation, and close collaboration with iOS and Android development
Requirements
- Completed studies in UX/Interaction/Digital Design or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Strong understanding of Apple HIG and Material Design
- Proficient in Figma, including working with and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Experience with UX-KPIs and app analytics, as well as deriving data-based design decisions
