Architectural Design Manager

The role involves overseeing and optimizing architectural design documents from planning to technical execution while coordinating with internal departments and external partners. It requires managing the synchronization of various disciplines including MEP, structure, and interiors, and defending design solutions to clients and authorities.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and proposing optimal solutions throughout the design process
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including business, marketing, technical, and legal teams, as well as external partners
- Organizing, controlling, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of design documents
- Managing and implementing design synchronization related to PCCC, planning, architecture, structure, MEPs, interior, and landscape
- Using AI to feedback and evaluate design, architecture, interior, and landscape
- Preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports on design implementation, issues, and proposed solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Experience in applying standards and regulations for high-rise building design
- Experience in design planning and control from the planning stage to implementation
- At least 8 years of experience in high-rise building design
- Experience in design implementation, coordination, and feedback
