(Senior) Industrial Product Designer & Engineer – Home Accessories (m/w/d)

You will lead the development of high-quality household products from initial concept through to serial production, focusing on design, functionality, and sustainability. Additionally, you will manage international suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product realization.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality and innovative home accessories from the first product idea to series production
- Construct products independently and develop technical solutions with intelligent functions and excellent user experience
- Select suitable materials and manufacturing processes and optimize products in terms of quality, sustainability, producibility, and costs
- Steer international suppliers and development partners and ensure a smooth and efficient implementation
Requirements
- Studium or Ausbildung in Industriedesign, Produktentwicklung, Maschinenbau or Konstruktion
- Several years of experience in the development of physical consumer goods
- Proven track record in UX/UI research and design
- Strong proficiency in CAD programs (e.g. SolidWorks or Fusion 360)
- Excellent communication skills in English
