You will drive the creation, evolution, and governance of complex design systems while establishing scalable component architectures and token strategies. Additionally, you will integrate AI-supported and agentic workflows to improve design efficiency and maintainability across automotive and multi-product ecosystems.

- You will drive the creation, evolution, and governance of complex design systems while establishing scalable component architectures and token strategies. Additionally, you will integrate AI-supported and agentic workflows to improve design efficiency and maintainability across automotive and multi-product ecosystems.
Requirements
- You must have 4-6+ years of experience in product design or design systems with deep expertise in Figma and advanced component architecture. A strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level system design and experience within complex product ecosystems like automotive is required.
