Junior Graphic Designer (all genders)

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team by creating and adapting visual assets across digital, social media, CRM, e-commerce, and print channels. They will ensure brand consistency, prepare production-ready files, and collaborate closely with marketing and art direction teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design team in developing creatives for digital channels, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and print
• Adapting campaign concepts and key visuals into different formats and touchpoints
• Creating visually appealing and brand-consistent layouts, graphics, and product-focused assets
• Assisting in preparing production-ready files for digital and print applications
• Collaborating with art directors, brand, social media, and marketing teams
• Helping to maintain and develop design templates and brand guidelines
• Supporting daily design requests and ensuring consistency and attention to detail
• Researching visual trends and bringing fresh ideas into campaigns and content

Requirements

• 1-2 years of practical experience in graphic or communication design
• A strong portfolio showing a good eye for typography, layout, and composition
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of basic print and digital design requirements
• Ability to apply an existing brand identity consistently across different formats
• Professional knowledge of German and English
• High attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously
• Collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
