Lead the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing. Create and maintain UI deliverables including high-fidelity prototypes and style guides while ensuring designs are data-led.
Responsibilities
- Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing
- Work with BAs, product managers, and tech teams to lead the Product Design
- Maintain quality of the design process and ensure that designs are accurately translated into code
- Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions
- Contribute to sketching sessions involving non-designers
- Create, iterate, and maintain UI deliverables including sketch files, style guides, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Ensure design choices are data-led by identifying assumptions to test each sprint
- Work with analysts to plan moderated usability test sessions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer
- Experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X
- Previous experience working in an agile environment
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in workflow
