Product Designer (w/m/d)

You will own the end-to-end design process for the member mobile app and internal tools, translating behavioral hypotheses into intuitive product experiences. You will work closely with founders and engineers to turn complex problems into shipped solutions that drive user behavior.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process end-to-end, from discovery to shipped product
- Design and continuously improve the member mobile app, from wireframes and user flows to polished interfaces and prototypes
- Turn behavioural hypotheses into product experiences that help people build lasting habits
- Use research, data and user behaviour to identify where members struggle, then translate those insights into better product decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years designing and shipping digital products across mobile and web
- A portfolio that shows product thinking, not just polished screens
- Strong craft across mobile (iOS & Android) and web
- A deep curiosity about human behaviour and what makes products people genuinely return to
