- Build and lead the design function
- Develop and maintain the design system
- Ensure design-to-build interface is efficient and effective
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- Product and design judgment

- Expertise with Figma and AI design tools
- Ability to make quick decisions and operate independently
- Founding mindset and experience building in unstructured environments
