UX Designer / Digital Product Manager

Lead the conception, design, and management of digital products while integrating AI technologies into workflows. Facilitate client workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and user satisfaction are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conception, design, and management of digital products and user experiences tailored to client needs
• Stay at the forefront of digital tools, platforms, and AI technologies; actively integrate these innovations into workflows and product solutions
• Maintain a strong, proactive presence with clients, facilitating workshops, presentations, and continuous engagement to align on project goals and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in digital product management, UX design, or a comparable senior role
• Deep familiarity with current and emerging digital tools and platforms, including experience with AI applications in product design or digital workflows
• Strong passion for user experience design, with expertise in human-centered methodologies and usability best practices
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Ability and enthusiasm to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
