Graphic Designer / (Junior) Art Director (m/w/d)

You will conceive and design digital campaigns across the customer journey while developing performance-oriented creatives for social media and web platforms. Additionally, you will optimize newsletters, landing pages, and onsite assets to ensure a consistent and inspiring brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design digital campaigns across the customer journey
• Design performance-driven digital creatives for social media, display, and video
• Create and optimize newsletters with a focus on performance marketing and conversion
• Develop and design landing pages and onsite assets
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and external partners on seasonal campaigns and content concepts

Requirements

• Completed studies in Communications Design or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and platform-specific design
• Experience with user-centered design principles and digital customer journeys
