Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and architectural integrity for large-scale international projects. Act as the primary link between design, project management, and engineering while managing international clients and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership and coordination: Leading and coordinating internal and external multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, consultants, etc.) throughout all project phases
- Design quality control: Ensuring conceptual coherence and technical precision from the early design stages to the final executive documentation
- Stakeholder management: Maintaining direct technical communication with international clients, local coordinators, and specialist consultants
- Alignment with project management: Collaborating actively with project management in planning deliveries, resource allocation, change management, and technical contingencies
- Technical conflict resolution: Identifying and resolving technical conflicts between architecture, engineering, applicable regulations, and client requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- 6-10 years of professional experience in international architecture or engineering firms
- Proven experience in coordinating or managing large-scale projects
- Solid experience in multidisciplinary coordination and technical information management
- In-depth knowledge of all stages of the architectural project
- English level C1/C2 (essential for daily interaction with international clients and consultants)
