Lead the planning and execution of R&D activities, including designing trial protocols for product evaluation and optimization. Collect and analyze trial data to provide technical recommendations for successful product commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of all R&D activities
- Design and implement trial protocols for product evaluation and optimization
- Coordinate laboratory and field trials across different locations with different crops
- Collect, analyze, and interpret trial data to assess product performance
- Prepare technical reports and provide data-driven recommendations for product development
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support innovation and successful product commercialization
Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Research and Development experience
- Garments, Textile industry experience
