- Manage multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases
- Oversee site analysis, master planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
- 15+ years of progressive experience in landscape design and project management
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact projects
