Store Design Manager

Lead the end-to-end design process for retail projects from 200 to 1000+ sqm, from initial concept to final build-out. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure innovative, brand-centric execution and compliance with global guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for retail projects from initial concept development to final build-out and site opening
• Develop unique, brand-centric design concepts independently
• Deliver comprehensive design packages, including zoning concepts, 3D modeling, high-quality visualizations, material sample boards, and construction documents
• Partner closely with Marketing, DTC/Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, Construction, and BU teams to ensure a smooth execution and business results
• Act as the primary design point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external vendors (architects, contractors, fit-out suppliers)
• Ensure all designs comply with ASICS' global design guidelines, landlord criteria, but with more innovation ideas

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in retail design
• Strong retail business sense
• Proven track record of independently managing retail projects ranging from 200 to 1000+ sqm from concept to completion
• In-house brand experience is highly preferred
• Agency background is also welcome, but must have experience working on international platforms or global brands
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Proficiency level required)
