You will own the end-to-end UX for A1's core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web, designing flows for AI-assisted tasks. This includes mapping AI states, conducting usability research, and collaborating with engineering and ML teams to deliver high-fidelity designs.

Requirements
- Candidates must have experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Figma. You should be comfortable designing for complex, non-deterministic AI systems and possess strong skills in user flow design and research.
