UX Designer

Lead the strategic direction of user experience design across multiple products while establishing standards for interaction design at scale. Coach and mentor global design teams to elevate UX quality and advocate for user-centered principles across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic UX leadership across products, projects, and enterprise-wide initiatives
• Coach and mentor designers and cross-functional teams to elevate UX quality
• Create compelling UX visions, concepts, and narratives to inspire stakeholders and design teams
• Foster a vibrant global design community by establishing forums for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
• Support design teams in solving complex challenges by designing innovative solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Extensive professional experience in user experience, interaction design, or a similar discipline
• Proven leadership in managing complex design initiatives within agency or in-house environments
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical technology, or regulated industries
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and measurable impact on business outcomes
