You will design innovative interfaces for web and mobile applications, working closely with senior designers and the creative director. Your role involves developing responsive layouts, maintaining component libraries, and ensuring high standards of user experience and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Gestaltung ansprechender, innovativer UI-Designs für Web, App und WebApp in Figma
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Screens innerhalb bestehender Designsysteme
- Entwicklung responsiver Layouts, UI-Varianten und Interaktionszustände
- Mitarbeit an Komponentenbibliotheken nach Atomic-Design-Prinzipien
- Aktives Mitdenken in der UX: User Flows, Interaktionslogiken und Informationsarchitektur sind Teil deines Blickfelds
- Vorbereitung von Design-Spezifikationen für das Development-Team
- Berücksichtigung von Barrierefreiheit (WCAG 2.1) als Gestaltungsprinzip
Requirements
- 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im UI Design (oder ein herausragendes Portfolio aus Studium/Eigenprojekten)
- Ein starkes Auge für Typografie, Farbe, Layout und Details – du erkennst den Unterschied zwischen gut und großartig
- Sicherer Umgang mit Figma (Libraries, Auto-Layout, Prototyping, Varianten)
- Grundverständnis für User Experience: Du denkst nicht in einzelnen Screens, sondern in Journeys
- Interesse an Design-Systemen, Tokens und systematischem Arbeiten
- Neugier auf komplexe B2B- und B2C-Produkte – von Energieportalen bis Logistik-Apps
- Eigeninitiative und der Wunsch, schnell zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
