Design end-to-end interfaces and workflows for AI agents and API infrastructure tailored for logistics service providers and developers. Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate complex operational requirements into usable design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for LSP44's AI agents and embeddable interfaces
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex logistics and agent workflows into clear, usable design
- Contribute to and evolve LSP44's design system and interaction patterns
- Run or contribute to user research and testing with LSP operators to validate design direction
- Prototype rapidly to test agent interaction patterns before committing engineering effort
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in product design or UX
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Track record of partnering directly with engineering to ship technical products
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
