Lead the end-to-end design process from problem definition to validated prototypes for teachers and students. Develop and maintain the company's design system and define interaction patterns for AI-driven educational features.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype digital products
- Lead the design process from problem to validated prototype
- Create wireframes, flows, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Design modular components that scale between different profiles
- Conduct user research and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products, ideally in B2B2C, SaaS or EdTech
- Portafolio that shows design thinking and results
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and design system tools like Design Tokens, Style Dictionary, Storybook or ZeroHeight
- Experience designing native and hybrid applications
- Clear communication in Spanish and English
- Ability to give and receive feedback
