Lead the end-to-end UX process from user research and usability testing to high-fidelity prototyping. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to develop intuitive B2B SaaS solutions and maintain the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete UX process, from user research to prototyping and validation
- Plan and execute user interviews, usability tests, and research synthesis
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Work in partnership with Product and Engineering to develop solutions for complex B2B applications
- Evolve and maintain the Design System
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and solution iteration
- Ensure the quality of the experience during product implementation
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in UX Design
- Strong experience in UX Research and end-to-end digital product design
- Experience with B2B SaaS or Enterprise platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience with Design Systems
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience with responsive web applications and/or mobile
- Solid portfolio demonstrating projects and methodology
