- Lead a team of RF filter designers in developing acoustic and non-acoustic filter products for wireless communication applications. Manage new product development, sustaining engineering, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic organizational goals.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in electrical engineering or physics with at least 3 years of design management experience in filter design. Preference is given to candidates with direct experience in BAW or SAW acoustic design and proficiency in AWR-Microwave Office and HFSS.
