Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design management, programme coordination, commercial oversight and contractual compliance across a large-scale, technically complex project
- Lead the delivery of a flagship healthcare project
- Exposure to complex, high-value programmes within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
Requirements
- Proven experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or large-scale building projects
- Minimum of five years' practical NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract management experience
- Strong understanding of contract administration, change management and commercial governance processes
