Agoda is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in crafting innovative solutions for their travel platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user-centered design and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing products for Agoda involves understanding and integrating diverse consumer needs, behaviors, and expectations across different regions
- Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
- Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
- Presenting work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design
- Ability to work alongside design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops
- Ability to craft sophisticated flows and customer journeys
- Ability to think and craft at a system level
