You will lead a small team of Design Engineers and 3D CAD Designers to ensure all structural steel designs are completed accurately and on schedule. Additionally, you will liaise with internal project managers and external clients while providing training and guidance to your team.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have a background in Structural Steel and experience as a Design Manager or Head of Design. Proficiency in software such as Advanced Steel or Tekla is required.
