- Define and deploy the global strategy for packaging equipment design, filling technologies, and packaging innovation across the organization. Lead large-scale Capex projects and develop technical standards to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and performance across global operations.
Requirements
- Requires a qualified engineer with at least 10 years of experience in packaging or filling systems within FMCG or Food & Beverage environments. Must have a proven track record of managing Capex projects exceeding €5 million and strong expertise in automation and technical specifications.
